We moved into a new home in Spring Hill in the fall of 2009. We were not satisfied with the quality of the water (taste and hardness) and contacted Environmental Water Resources, Inc. We scheduled a meeting and had the opportunity to meet with Tony Batesta in our home. Tony was very knowledgeable about the water process and proceeded to test our water and thoroughly explain options to us. After we decided to put a water system in our house, we had the opportunity to meet with Dan and Kevin Hatfield. They further explained the system they were installing and how it functioned. All three men were courteous, knowledgeable and helpful to us. Never did we feel pressured to purchase something we didn’t want. They were prompt with their installation and thorough in their explanation of our lifetime warranty. We had the system installed on 12/3/2009 and have been very pleased with the quality and softness of our water. My experience with Environmental Water Resources and Dan Hatfield was nothing short of exceptional. At first I was skeptical of the water system and if we really needed it in our home. After meeting with Dan and the water test we went ahead and purchased a filter. Wow what a difference this product makes! From the shower to the laundry area and everything in between our water dramatically improved. I am writing this letter to share my experience, and to inform others how much I believe in Environmental Water Resource and Dan Hatfield/Owner. I have bought other water softener systems, but none of them I like as well as this system. My clothes are softer and cleaner, my dishes are cleaner without spots, the water taste better when I brush my teeth. Most important unlike the other companies, when you call Environmental you actually get an answer or a returned call. Great Service! We like it so much I even bought my son and his family one. Dan stands behind his product, and he is a fair guy. I actually paid about the same price for my other systems but, found myself always paying for salt and service. The only money I spend with this filter is the annual flush and cleaning.

They provided a thorough demonstration and explained their system, answering all our questions. They were very knowledgeable and professional and made sure we understood how the system worked. This system is genuinely incredible. I still remember when cooking at home meant boiling water that reeked of chlorine. The vapor would sting my eyes, and honestly, it made me dread cooking. Even showering was frustrating—my skin would dry out, and I’d constantly deal with breakouts. Since installing Environmental Water’s system, all of that has completely changed. Every tap in the house delivers clean, purified water. Cooking is enjoyable again, showers actually feel refreshing, and I’m proud to have guests over.
